Christmas can be hard, how do we respond as Christians?: Sunday Night @ The LOFT 11.13.16

What we're talking about

There are a lot of expectations that come with a holiday like Christmas. Traditions to keep up, experiences to be had, family to visit, presents to get, happiness, it's supposed to be a celebration after all. But we all know that Christmas can also be hard, we bring with us baggage into the holiday season. We have stress about work and providing for our families, we have tension with relatives, we mourn the loss of those close to us who can no longer celebrate with us. How are we to respond though? Galatians 6:1-10 tells us how we are to help each other bear our burdens. In Christian faith and love we should be there to help support and lift up people who are struggling this holiday season.
